Kryptonite hosts DESTIHLl brewery for Elite 8 tap takeover

For the 1st time Kryptonite will release ALL 8 TAP handles with beers from DESTIHL Brewery with some VERY RARE gifts to give away along with BARGO Prizes followed by Karaoke themed around their burning ember logo...

Kryptonite in downtown Rockford, IL will be hosting DESTIHL Brewery from Bloomington, IL and a select group of their fantastic beers on tap. This is a tap takeover where the intent is to give the fine people of Rockford the feeling that they are at the brewery. This event is special because it will be the first time that one brewery will occupy all eight of Kryptonite’s taps.

On this day, there will be representatives from the brewery on hand to speak to customers about their craft of brewing some of the most popular beers in America. Custom event merchandise will be given away throughout the night, and during Bargo (its like bingo but better) and karaoke. Confirmed beers on tap include Hoperation Overload Imperial IPA, Dead Head Double Red Ale, Black Angle Stout, Down State Pale Ale, Vertex IPA, Tenebrous Black RyePA, Counter Clockwise from their Wild Sour Series, and last but not least a mystery one off!

Destihl Brewery as well as their two brew pubs located in Bloomington, IL and Champaign, IL, have been gaining a lot of attention over the past three years, being featured in magazines and news papers like: Chicago Tribune oct 2012, Draft Magazine jan 2013, and many more, for their wild sour program.
