SAVOR After-Party at ChurchKey with 3 Brand-New Salon Brews from Bluejacket, Brooklyn & New Belgium!

Details

Greg Engert, of Bluejacket, joins Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver, and New Belgium Brewing Company’s Peter Bouckaert for an amazing SAVOR Salon on the nature of brewing collaborations this Saturday night at SAVOR! For this very special event, the three brewers crafted three distinct collaborative ales that will debut for the very first time during their Salon...

Tickets for this event are hugely limited, and sold out some time ago, so we have decided to showcase these brews at ChurchKey on Saturday night, May 10th, beginning at 10pm following the conclusion of SAVOR’s second session! Join us for our after party and taste these Salon collaborations, as well as a host of other spectacular brews on tap at ChurchKey...

The Bluejacket, Brooklyn & New Belgium Salon Collaboration Brews:

Twee Horsen: A dry, mildly funky brew infused with endive and finished with oak spirals as well as a touch of Brettanomyces Lambicus.

Wild Horse Running Porter: A classic rich, roasty and robust Porter fermented exclusively with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Drei.

Rheinard de Vos: An homage to the natural red wines of Auvergne, France, this soured Red Ale was fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Drei for notes of wild strawberry, earth & black pepper.
