Dogfish Head!! Dogfish Head!! The name alone incites excitement among craft beer fans. On Thursday, June 26, Scion Restaurant (Silver Spring) is thrilled to host one of craft breweries biggest names, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.

Scion will offer 25 different beers from the Delaware brewery. Highlights include their newest release, Rosabi, an IPA brewed with wasabi. Longtime fans won’t want to miss 120 Minute IPA, an 18% abv hop monster rarely found on draft.

Scion will also feature 6 different infused beers, poured through Dogfish Head’s patented beer infusers, Randall the Enamel Animal & Randall Jr.

"Randall the Enamel Animal is ... a sophisticated filter system that allows the user to run beer through a chamber of whole-leaf hops, spices, herbs, fruit, etc. ... strips the flavor from whatever you add and puts it in the beer."
Featured beers will be $3 off for the duration of the event. Free glassware will be available, while supplies last. Reservations are not required for this event.
