Debut, Total Tap Takeover from Dominion Brewers Past & Present
+ Meet Founder Jerry Bailey!

Join us on Wednesday, September 17th as we celebrate 25 years of beer
from Dominion Brewing! This anniversary party will not only feature
some of the finest brews from Dominion, but it will also mark the DC
debut of their new 25th Anniversary Black India Pale Lager, The Dream.
And we’ll have a special guest of honor in the house for the
festivities: Dominion Brewing Company Founder Jerry Bailey himself!

Originally launched inside a small industrial park in Ashburn, VA in
1989, Dominion has grown from their core lineup of traditional ales &
lagers to gourmet sodas, as well as their newly released award-winning
Pinup Series. In 2007, the brewery forged a partnership with Fordham
Brewing, and in 2009 relocated to their current headquarters in Dover,
DE.

The Dream, one of over 10 Dominion brews we’ll feature on draft, is
named after the brewery’s belief that we’re all just, ‘Livin the
Dream’. This Black India Pale Lager pays homage to the hard work,
passion, and effort it takes to operate a small brewery. It is also a
nod to Dominion’s lager brewing roots without compromising their love
and affection for hops. This beer’s rich, robust malt foundation is
balanced by a righteous blend of Sorachi Ace, Citra, and Columbus hops
showcasing melon, tropical fruit, lemon, and licorice notes.

In addition to the lineup of Dominion drafts, we’ll be filling each
and every one of our 50 draft lines and 5 cask engines with an array
of beers sourced from 7 breweries who’ve inspired, created, supported
and drank with Dominion over the past two and a half decades. This
collection of breweries includes: Lost Rhino Brewing Co., Old Ox
Brewing, Victory Brewing Co., Brewer’s Art, Starr Hill Brewing Co., Lagunitas
Brewing Co., Bell’s Brewery, and Mad Fox Brewing Co. Many of the
Brewery owners & brewers will be on hand to celebrate this amazing
milestone!
