Unibroue 5-Course Beer Dinner with brewmaster Jerry Vietz

On Saturday the 25th, Unibroue Master Brewer Jerry Vietz is flying down to Cincinnati and spending the evening with us at Dutch’s Bar. We’ll have 6 different Unibroue offerings on tap to enjoy, and in our cottage we’ll be hosting a 5-course dinner, each paired with a different Unibroue beer.

- Spice roasted carrots with olive, sticky fruits, and urfa pepper (paired with La Fin du Monde)
- Cured Columbia River salmon with smoked potatoes, ramps, pickled salumi, and spring onion powder (paired with Cranberry Ephemere)
- “Ham and Bean” Soup with green garbonzo ragu, Marksbury Farm country style proscuitto (paired with Raftman)
- Ragout of smoked duck and farro verde, duck egg, herbs and flowers (paired with La Terrible)
- Venison Carpaccio with cocoa nibs, preserved blue berry (paired with Chambly Noir)

The dinner will include a 5oz pour of each beer, 5 courses, and Unibroue snifter glass for $50/person. Space for the dinner is very limited, please call us at 513 871 1446 to make a reservation.
