Ring Of Fire-7%-Hot Pepper Ale, Paired with: An Aztec Corn Soup made with ring of fire, black beans, green chiles, and maple syrup served in a french bread bowl with a hot sauce ring garnished with red onions, roasted red peppers, and scallions.
Bishop Bob’s Holy Smoke-5.6%-Rauchbier, Paired with: French Racks of Wild Boar brined with bishop bob’s holy ranch. Crusted with black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Served with apple cider glazed roasted sweet potatoes
Dubbel Dragon Ale-9.4%Belgian-Style Dubbel, Paired with: Almond flavored flan deep fried and served with a toffee drizzle and garnished with crusted almonds and powdered sugar.
