- Pumpkin risotto cake, spinach pesto

Merry Monks
- pear arugula salad, toasted pistachio gorgonzola vinaigrette

16th Anniversary (this one has been safely tucked away in the brewery for four years!)
-coco chili powder braised elk, honey smoked tomato bean chili ravioli

D-Tango Unchained
-duck confit macaroni and cheese cake, vanilla apple cider poached egg, fried plantain, grilled bok choy
