Next week, on November 11th, we are thrilled to host a delicious Craft Beer Tasting Dinner at the Tavern, a continuation of our “Centerboard” dinner series. The evening starts at 6pm and includes a 5 course meal, paired with a crisp, cold lager ($65/person plus tax and tip). Reservations are required, so please call in advance. 1st course:
Pan Seared Scallops with a yuzu vinaigrette and carrot-ginger puree
Cape Ann Fisherman’s Pilsner, Cape Ann Gloucester, MA

2nd course:
Curried Lamb Meatballs with a spicy Greek yogurt and caramelized shallots
Bad Martha IPA Martha’s Vineyard, MA

3rd course:
Crispy Cod Tacos with a lime and guajillo crema, pickled onions and cojita cheese
Berkshire Brewing Company “Imperial” I.P.A, South Deerfield, MA

4th Course:
Boneless Short Ribs with a parsnip puree, roasted baby carrots and a stout demi-glace
Ipswich Oatmeal Stout- Ipswich, MA

5th Course:
Soft gingerbread with chocolate marshmallow, roasted Bosc Pears and whiskey infused caramel
