This Sunday marks the 1st birthday of the incredible Cloudwater Brewery.

Back in March we were lucky enough to host part of their launch tour, and at the back end of 2015 we’re again involved as they launched their first Double IPA nationwide.

This Sunday to celebrate one year since the inception of the brewery they are releasing the second version of their Double IPA.

Inspired largely by the incredible Double IPA’s of the USA West Coast, Cloudwater are planning to release the freshest beer possible as soon as each new season’s hops arrive.
Here’s what they say about this latest version.

’To celebrate our first birthday, on the 14th of February, we’ve made DIPA v2. This version departs from complex dry hopping of its predecessor with just 2015 harvest Citra and Chinook, both of which arrived days before our first dry hop. Dank and extremely hoppy, DIPA v2 also is incredibly juicy too – our ode to modern West Coast IPAs.’

To mark the occasion we will be serving DIPAv2 from opening on Sunday 14.2.15 alongside a bunch of other Cloudwater goodies from cask and keg.
