The Menu:

Domestica - Shucked oyster, strawberry, duck

Novo Hold Steady - House cured ham, peas, bone marrow, white bread

Antidote - Lamb pancetta, mascarpone, gnocci, spinach

Repeater - Tangerine sorbet, herbed beef fat magic shell, macerated berries, roasted spring onions, corn bread crumble, watercress

Dear You - Jerked Duck, brown sugar cured duck breast, saffron and pecan risotto, parsley

One Year Later - Crispy rice cubes, masala, sauce, cilantro, cucumber condiment
