We’re kicking off Savor week with our signature event: a whole pig roast! This will mark year four of Chef Logan McGear smoking an entire hog.

We’re using the Memorial Day Holiday to our advantage and opening at noon to let the pork and pints flow.

This event will feature an all-star beer list as well, with offerings from Boulevard, Ommegang, Firestone Walker, and Victory!

Highlights will include:

Firestone Walker Parabola
13% Russian Imperial Stout aged for almost a year in a blend of bourbon barrels

Firestone Walker Bretta Weiss
A low-alcohol Berliner Weiss aged and soured in French oak foeders for up to eight months

Victory Brett Dixon
Brettanomyces-fermented India Pale Lager loaded with Pacific Jade and Galaxy hops

Ommegang Great Beyond Double IPA
A new, hazy Imperial IPA hopped with Mosaic Calypso and Mandarina Bavaria

Boulevard Saison-Brett 2015
A house favorite. Boulevard’s Tank 7 Imperial Saison re-fermented with Brettanomyces

Boulevard Tropical Pale Ale
A new, year-round pale brewed with passionfruit and grapefruit and a blend of juicy hops
