Lagunitas Brewing Company’s Born Again Yesterday American pale ale. There are only five barrels of this extra-fresh hoppy ale in the Chicago area and the Houndstooth Saloon has secured one just for Father’s Day.

Lagunitas Ambeersador Lauren Rule will be on-hand from 3-6 p.m. and provides beer education and gear giveaways including hoodies, hats and the brewery’s branded 16-ounce Mason jars. The saloon also hosts a raffle for private tours of the Chicago brewery (2607 West 17th Street). Chicago musician Brian Hoyt performs country, bluegrass and country rock from 3-6 p.m.

Dad can choose from meaty eats such as a pulled pork sandwich with signature Maker’s Mark BBQ sauce, coleslaw and chipotle ranch ($11); a Big Al burger, with applewood-smoked bacon, crumbled blue cheese, crispy onions and spicy Buffalo sauce ($11); and The Quad burger with a fried egg, crispy smoked bacon and melted Cheddar cheese ($12).

Born Again Yesterday pints are $7 each and all-day drink deals include $5 Miller/Coors family tallboy cans and $15 Corona buckets. The bar screens the Chicago Cubs versus the Pittsburgh Pirates (7:08 p.m. at Wrigley Field) and DJ Brian Berman spins country/country rock post-game.
