NYC’s #1 top-rated brewery, Grimm Artisan Ales, is sponsoring Beers for Books, with more than $600 in beer prizes, at Brooklyn’s most dynamite craft beer bar, Berg’n. Grimm will donate some of its outstanding brews to a craft beer raffle, along with numerous superbly-curated beers donated by Bushwick’s Fine Fare Market. All beers in the raffle are rated between 97 and 100. Plus there will be generous gift certificates from some of Brooklyn’s best craft beer bars: The Hop Shop, Bar Great Harry, Hops Hill, South, Berg’n, and uglyduckling. It’s a not-to-miss event for all NYC beer lovers, and the raffle proceeds go to Room to Read, which builds libraries and supports girls’ education in ten developing countries.
