The Ukie Village tap features seasonal food specials such as a seared pork-and-bacon sausage with roasted cabbage, potatoes and mustard throughout Oktoberfest. Enjoy a rotating selection of Oktoberfest beers from breweries such as Pollyanna Brewing, Goose Island Beer Company, Great Lakes Brewing Company, and more. Specials are on offer through October 3, 2016.

Rotating Oktoberfest Beers
Great Lakes Brewing Company, Cleveland, Ohio, 6.5% ABV
The brewery’s award-winning spin on the classic German style is brewed with Harrington 2-Row Base malt, Munich and Caramel 45 malts and Mt. Hood hops. Smooth with vibrant malt flavors and noble hop notes. Slightly sweet, honey and biscuit-like backbone, accents of spicy hop bitterness.

Goose Island Beer Company, Chicago Illinois, 6.4% ABV
Brewed in the traditional Märzen style. Notes of toffee and burnt sugar in the aroma and flavors of sweet dried apricots are delivered in a dry malty body with mild earthy bitterness from the Hallertau hops.

Bell’s Brewery, Kalamazoo, Michigan, 5.5% ABV
Crafted as a flavorful session beer; this brew undergoes a six-week fermentation. With herbal hop aromas, this balanced amber lager focuses on lightly toasted malt that lends body without too much sweetness.

Pollyanna Brewing, Lemont, Illinois 5.4% ABV
Fruhauf is a clean and malty Märzen-style lager. This brew as an homage to German-immigrant Charles Fruhauf, who operated a general store in Lemont in the late 1800s. The building that bears his name still stands in historic downtown Lemont (current home of La Dolce Vita restaurant).

Hofbrauhaus, Hofbrau Munchen, Munich, Germany, 6.3% ABV
Rich full-bodied bottom-fermented lager brewed with pure water, quality malt and exquisite hops. Clean, crisp and sessionable.

Leinenkugel’s, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co. Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, 5.1% ABV
A traditional Märzen-style beer with a toasted malt flavor and subtle spicy hop notes.
