What do you guys thing of the following:

8 year vertical of bigfoot
Older magnums of Anchor OSA
Nebraska Brewing Company Reserve Series stuff
Older Viscosity (someone has to drink it)

I have some Cali sours but it is pretty common stuff like Red Poppy, Consecration, Supplication etc.

Any interest in mead? We have a very interesting one and also some from the brand spanking new Moonstruck Meadery in Omaha.

Better than Jack Black, John Bryan! Nebraska stuff is always awesome, love (for the most part)the Cali sours and some mead would be fun. I’m also pretty sure we would love that gold medal winning Berliner Weisse, if you have some left. What do you think Eugene?

Double

Also, I’ve never tried Older Viscosity and would really like to.

I can only speak for myself here but have not really developed a taste for mead yet.

I might do a beer and cheese pairing early on in the night. I think I have 6-7 awesome cheeses each with a good beer pairing. I might need some help pairing up some of the cheeses, anyone seen any Saison with Brett around?

I can bring the Berliner, but we did have it at the last tasting.

What time? It is doubtful that I can make it since I have to work at 8 Sunday morning, but if it is earlier I might be able to make it.

start time is 7pm, that’s plenty of time to have fun and go to bed early.

I’m out. I was just informed I have a family dinner to attend. Best of luck to you all.

I believe I have a bottle of Brett in my cellar, Chris.

I work on Saturday. So, let me I’ll confer with Kristin about my availability on Saturday evening. I’ll let you know by tomorrow if I’m "in".
