I’m retired USAF so I have to do the Springs. Any good beer there? A startling amount. There’s a fair share of mediocre breweries, but several of the local places are doing well. Phantom Canyon has revamped their lineup, and does good things now. Nano 108 is constantly making fun and strange wood aged things. Trinity makes fun stuff, of course, and Paradox is not far up in the mountains. If you drop by sometime, I’ll have to give you the dime tour!
