Recently uncovered my notebook from the Great Belgian Excursion of March 2013 - Colin will recall the fun times had - and have been working through it. I’ve also got probably about a 10-beer backlog from yesterday. Lots of new beers on around London. As an aside, I also made one of my longest bus trips in London yesterday: Peckham Rye to Paddington. Took around an hour. The alternative would have been three transfers on Overground and Tube and would have only saved me c. 15 minutes, so the comfort of the bus suited me just fine. And it was the much better option for napping.

Message chriso P beers 7540 º places 736 º 04:36 Sun 10/5/2014 I might squeeze in a rate or two but the main priority is finishing off my winner-flagging activity for Nottingham beer festival next week. That is a lengthy process with 1250 beers to go through. Jan needs only 891. Unfortunately, the site is so often so slow at the moment that I get bored and go off & do something else instead. Although, as re-tiling the front step is today’s alternative activity, I may tough it out.

Yeah - the site does run too slow and I’ve often set aside a good hour or two for solid backlog work then simply given up! I’d happily pay more $$$ for ’P’ in order to speed things up!

My original estimate was inflated by the fact that the list contains a number of duplicates because the beers are on sale at more than one location.
