Intended to post this in the long thread on new/upcoming breweries but that thread is frozen. Both Bagby and Toolbox are at least "soft opened" now. I plan on hitting one or both of them up Fri-Sun. |
Nice. I just heard about Toolbox and added them today, been waiting for Bagby for awhile now. Might have to "visit GT"... |
Gonna try Council, and maybe Toolbox this weekend. Too many options....Oceanside is becoming quite the spot. |
Originally posted by brokensail If you are admin, can you add Bagby Brewing as well? They aren’t coming up in my search. |

Hopefully someone can fill it in after they visit. |
Went to Bagby Beer last night. Amazing spot. Food was great. |
I hit up Brabant Cafe (will put in the data base later). If you love Belgian food/Belgian Beers/Sours, you need to check this place out. Also went to the new Modern Times in North Park. Grapefruit Fortunate Islands FTW. |

Cold hard fact. We’ll have to plan one for after Nov 5. |
Brabant Cafe is definitely a great spot. Very authentic based on my limited visit to Brussels. |
I’ve been to Bagby’s twice now- the place is sure to be a craft beer destination before long. 4 bars, indoor/outdoor/upstairs, etc. The whole place is just designed and layed out very well. I think I counted 9 fermentors so it shouldn’t be too much longer before there is alot more than the current 5 house taps. The guest draft list was impressive, I had a beer made by Sierra Nevada called "Bagby Wedding IPA" it was 7.1% and delicious. |
