do you grill the peppers at all or just raw? Trying this tonight with some brats on Hawaiian rolls with grilled corn. I have some Val Dieu in the fridge so probably have that with it. |

I love hoppy beers with almost ANY spicy food, hop bomb IPAs and IIPAs, even a few pales...but a classic saison is nice, too. |
