Forever Summer Fest at The Veil Brewing in Richmond, VA

This is a shot out in the dark but any RB’ers heading to the Forever Summer Festival or able to pick up tickets?

I entered the lottery and didn’t get selected. Also can’t head out from DC to Richmond just for the tickets. As such, anyone have an extra ticket or willing to pick up tickets in exchange for beer?

Prob not, since it inolves travl on I-95 - I’d rather chew razor blades and stick pins in my eyes.

It still doesn’t say the date of the fest, unless I’m missing something. Not sure why it has to be difficult to retrieve that info.

95 is difficult at unpredictable times, and it’s worse every time I use it. Friend from Charlotte visited two weeks ago. Took him 6 hours to get to Fredericksburg, then 3 hours to get from Fburg to DC on a Friday around 2 PM. The next day at 6 am it took us 2.5 hrs to get from DC to Quantico. No accidents or anything, just volume. Crazy.

^^^ last time I went to Richmond it took me 3 hours to get there and almost 7 to get back. Misery

Brewers include Lawson’s finest liquids, Bissel Bros, Other Half, Trillium, Monkish, Commonwealth, and a handful of others I can’t remember. I’m not allowed to access FB or any social media at work so you’ll mind me writing this from memory.

Awesome list of brewers. Several of us have reservations at Manor Hill that day, so I’ll stick to that plan.

Had a nice chat with the owner of Pekko Distributors last night at the Modern Times event at Churchkey - they brought Modern Times into DC. They are also bringing in Lawson’s Finest and a handful of other top notch brewers.

Solidfunk is our Trillium hookup. He’s willing to tolerate the lines, whereas I’m not.
