"Gooz" or "Gair-zuh"?

I have heard Gueuze pronounced both ways, and I still wonder- which is right? One or the other? Both? Neither?

I’ve heard both goo-zah and gur-ze from the natives.

Someone has posted a link in the forums before where there are recordings in French and Dutch for all different lambic terminology. I’m googling hard for it but coming up short... If someone’s got the link this would be a good place for it.

Depends if you want the French or Flemish way of saying it. The etymology is rather interesting if you are into old Dutch ’Gueux’ history and occupation of the Lowlands.
