How does one add a brewer that isn’t in the RateBeer database?

Either I missed it in my search or it’s not there?
A friend of mine was at Russian River Brewing and the bartender mentioned a Brewery with one of the best IPA’s he’d ever tasted.
It was Craft Artisan Ales. They are "based" in Pacific Grove CA and brew in San Jose.
