I’ll be in Tokyo for 3 days March 13th to 16th. Looking for 375ml bottles of Cantillon Fou Foune with the back label in Japanese. Also, looking for OWA lambic bottles. Here is my cellar list. If we can’t meet in March. I will be back May 1st for 2 weeks.

I am in Kyoto but Liquors Hasegawa had Owa lambic bottles the last time I checked about 2300 yen for a 375ml. Foufoune is no longer imported to Japan as the Shelton Brothers suck up almost all of Cantillon’s production.

You can find Geuze/Kriek/Rose de Gambrinus in quantity at more reasonable prices than in the US I believe. About 8-10$ for 375ml.

Sorry I couldn’t be of more help,

Phil

Phil, I just learned. It makes sense, they sell those bottles for up to $80 in the States. Although I thought the 35cl bottles of fou foune were only made for the Japanese market.

Thanks TimE for the trade. I brought all this back to America!
