Message islay beers 3622 º places 18 º 16:35 Thu 4/2/2015 Pretty soon you’ll be able to fill an old Surly growler with Surly beer at Casanova in Hudson. Then you’ll be cool. I have or had one somewhere but haven’t been able to find it for years, unfortunately. It was a good looking growler with the red and white logo atop a red scribble (were there other designs?). Mine had a white cap, but I’m pretty sure some of them had red caps and maybe even black caps. Surlylover, do you care about the cap? Added: If Surly decided to replicate the original growler design and sell empty growlers at the new brewery’s gift shop, I’m sure they would sell like hotcakes at a premium price. Omar (if you still read the forums), I’m sure we can work out a reasonable royalty fee for my idea.
