It is a really great beer already but it should improve dramatically with age (it’s a lazy gueuze) - It seems to me Zwanze ’11 used to be on Moeder’s menu but it was a long time ago. They might have it in the cellar even if it’s not on their menu though. It is the best beer I have ever had from Cantillon. It appeard at Zwanze 2012 in Paris and completely stole the show. I’m planning to be in Belgium more or less from the week before Zythos to Quintessence and although I have most of the beers you have listed I’m always happy to share great lambics so when you get your time schedule, don’t hesitate to contact me.
