Though no one can replace a lambic blender, I hope someone is ready to take on the tradition of excellence and craftsmapship that her performed so consistently for so long. Hopefully he died a happy man, knowing that the beverage he dedicated his life to has finally gained the recognition it deserves on a worldwide stage. I will drink his gueuze tonight in his honor.

Well said, One of my fondest memories from Belgium, and really in general is this one. The joy that he spread is immeasurable.
