Can we leave it sit until we speak to the brewery? I’ll be there on Friday at the next cask evening and can ask.

Are they doing it every week Al? I guess I knew that. It would be nice to figure out in advance what is going to be ratings vs. what is not.

Yes, every Friday. They described it as an experiment to make cask versions and variations of their already existing line ups and that it will be one offs only, not to be repeated.

Quote "Every Friday we will showcase a brand new beer on cask, something that we’ve played around with, had fun with...each beer will be different. Dry hopping here, extra malt there, different ingredients, unique ingredients - we will have fun with this and the beer will be great"

So can we please ensure that we delete we know what exactly was different with each brew before dismissing it as "ah it’s probably just dry hopped"? Cheers.

Sorry - typo/error. I meant ’before we delete’

So ... there’s a BOTTLE/KEG Tankhouse; and there’s a CASK/’REAL ALE’ Tankhouse.

Ah, if ONLY MILL STREET WERE IN ENGLAND - we wouldn’t be having this discussion, now would we? Because cask/keg is clearly a recipe change.

In England.

Al That works great, and I agree with you but that assumes that Mill St. will always be clear about what changed. Dry hopped Tankhouse is not new, its been at Cask Days etc. (assuming that’s what this new entry is.)

I hate to be the one beating the dead horse but it comes up every time something like this gets made, and frankly its kind of annoying to have to debate each one. There are still a couple of entries in there that shouldn’t be if we apply the "no dry hop" rule, and a few that are not there but should if we are going to ignore it.
