As for the Four Firkins, it may be in your best interest to wait and let a distributor deal with them. From what I understand they are not an easy vendor. They are very demanding and complain a lot. This is what I hear anyway. |

I didn’t know Oso had a koelschip. Are you brewing lambic style beers as well as the cider? If you make a good lambic/gueuze, I think we would buy a lot of it. |
I have a coolship, and the lambic stuff is under Funk Factory. The cider stuff is separate and a partnership between myself and Mitch Leidel under the name Leidel’s Cider. |
