Anybody ever done or heard of anyone doing something like this? There seem to be more than just a few examples of mint and tart in the culinary and cocktail world, but I’m wondering how it would translate into a sour beer. That said, I’m sure some of you have used mint or mint extract in a beer before. Care to share your experiences? Amounts used and in what kind of recipe type of information would obviously be great, too. |
Sounds awful. |

Ever brush your teeth and then drink orange juice? |

I am kind of thinking you could pull off a mojito sour. I am also glad I’m not the one trying it. |
I have brewed a saison with lemongrass, ginger, and mint, but never soured it. |
So like this but sour? |
