I did think the Oud Beersel could be this initially ... http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/oud-beersel-bersalis-tripel-oak-aged/316027/ However ABV on the program is only 5.7%. Anyone else any ideas?
I don’t think it’s going to be the Bersalis.
I’m sure Tom will know more. Or the Belgian admins.
Agreed. The Bersalis is a tripel aged in Chateauneuf du Pape barrels, which sponteneously fermented. The one at Craft is Oud Lambik aged in Chateauneuf du Pape barrels. The real question is whether this is seen as a different beer from the standard Oud Lambik....

I see.... the grammar confused me. You might have more luck searching for "foeder" on google images. http://www.burningskybeer.com/ shows their 2500 litre oak foudres under the "what’s in the wood?" section of "our beers".
