I have been looking for a weekend to make a San Francisco excursion. It could be tough, but not as far-fetched as a trip to New York.

I was actually looking to go up to Fresno area on Sunday the 7th to do some peach picking (for peach craftberrs) and hang out at a farm. If you want to join in on making some spontaneously fermented "Orchard Beer" as a ridiculous little experimental craft beer crusade, you would be welcome....

Hell of a lot closer than SF-to-LA...

Don’t miss The Rare Barrel

Rare Barrel is OK, but it takes a while to get there on public transit and you still have to walk a mile and a half, or wait for a bus. Plenty of good bars you can get to on BART.

I’ll be heading up this Sunday, so I’ll most likely just miss you.
