Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Soon, the fire door should be finished on Monday. We had a couple of setbacks last week but are back on pace. As soon as we get a date, I’ll post it here. I’ve a few good beers lined up, can hardly wait to test the draft system. I expect to log in serval test pours before I’ll be able to give the green light. I’m a stickler for quality!

Okay here’s the starting line up, the beers with *’s are the kegs already in the cooler, the rest should be here on the 5th & 6th, and are subject to change. We should have a date soon. Keep in mind that I will be testing the taplines for quality on a daily basis until we do open up so some of the kegs may switch over to back up beers.

We have a Tapas menu 11:30am to 2:00am, lunch will include sandwhichs. Dinner menu will be served on the restaurant side, to see the menu: www.radiomariarestaurant.com

Probablly no on the growlers, I’d have to check with the Liquor Commission on that. I’m pretty sure they’ll say no.

Very excited, nice linup. Ill be in town next week and will definately stop by.

Update on the line up: The Hophead Switch didn’t make it, it will be in late December. Maybe Flossmoor Station’s Illinois Kind could replace it.

That is such an awesome lineup. I can’t wait to try the GD Fresh Hop
