The votes have been counted and Copenhagen/Malmo will be the hosts for RBESG 2015.
Thanks again to everyone who took the time to put together proposals.

Was it a close call? Both proposals were really solid

CPH/Malmo received 58% of the votes, so both locations had support.
I’m hoping the Gothenburg crew host something in the future as it certainly seems like there’s good stuff happening there.

That’d be nice! :)
Quite excited already for RBESG, better give my liver some training over summer.
And thanks for your efforts in guiding the process!

Big congrats to the Malmö/Cph crew - I know you will make this gathering a great party
Gothenburg will surely make attempts to host the event in the future.
I will try to attend the gathering myself this year.
Cheers everyone

Woho, right in my neighbourhood
Were the dates set yet?

Great news with the Øresund proposal winning, and hopefully Gothenburg will feature for the options for the next RBESG as it sounds a great destination, and would love to visit.
For RBSEG 2015, the element of hitting two countries in one visit will hopefully be a great pull in ratebeerian attendance this year!
While the brilliant Copenhagen scene is pretty well known to many (with some great recent new additions) to see, im sure there will be some pleasant beery surprises for many when taking the 30 minute train across the bridge to Malmö with what is happening over there nowadays :)

Sounds like a great proposal won this. I’ll see if I can get my ass to Copenhagen for some proper ticking during those dates :). And for anyone too drunk to get off in Malmö it’s atleast a chance they’ll wake up in Gothenburg 3 hours later :).
