I brew mostly lagers and have 4 that I like to keep on tap. Sometimes I’ll use different base malt or yeast but those are all solid recipes I’ve perfected over the years.

1. Bohemian pils
2. German pils
3. Mexican Vienna Lager
4. Munich Dunkel
5. Blue Moon clone(I keep this one on tap for craft noobs and probably don’t pull more than 4 pints off the whole batch)

I have a German Pilsner and a mild that I like to brew a lot of. Also have a good American stout recipe that I’m happy with.
