I brew mostly lagers and have 4 that I like to keep on tap. Sometimes I’ll use different base malt or yeast but those are all solid recipes I’ve perfected over the years. |
I have a German Pilsner and a mild that I like to brew a lot of. Also have a good American stout recipe that I’m happy with. |
