You couldn’t just do it by brewery? Even then it would be a lot of work I guess.
I don’t know the details, but if you’re really interested you could ask 3fourths or omhper. Maybe if you volunteered your time?

I also wanted Japanese prefectures since i’m a sake drinker. although having this additional stat will cost me a lot of money knowing my personality.
Japan might be easier for the admins to divvie up than Belgium. Maybe Kyotolefty is game?

Belgians have been trying to divide their country for decades without results.

I should think for most it would be their home state. Non-Americans I think you’d see California topping most lists.

Same thing with the others - obviously popular non-native choices. Quebec is my #2, California as well (on RB, though not for real). And while Bavaria isn’t close, even I manage to get Greater London as #1 (though just barely).

If we look at the top six easiest countries to drink:

1...United States...41914
2...Belgium.........18147
3...England.........14929
4...Germany.........13776
5...Canada..........10545
6...Scotland.........8999

RB provides Region stats on US, England, Germany and Canada, but not Belgium. I’d love for Belgium also to be treated with this respect and similar Regions stats :-).

Also, Come On!, only one more person to try a Scottish beer and they’ll hit 9k.

My list isn’t so much different from the ones already seen here:

California: 175

Quebec 12 (the rest of Canada: 0 )

Greater London: 119

Bavaria: 281

Analysis: I need more Canadian ticks. Also, I need ticks from three English counties from which I currently have no ratings (Leicestershire, Northumberland and Rutland).

correct. California does dominate, doesn’t it. More so than people’s home state.

I could certainly contribute, chip away at it to get it done over time kind of thing. I’m sure the Belgians would be happy. In general, seems no reason this shouldn’t be done for any country with a significant craft beer scene. Scotland, Denmark etc.
Scotland has a significant beer scene? Who knew?
Well, put in a suggestion/comment/feedback, you never know.

Alright, well I started another forum post for it here. We’ll see what comes of it.
