The less popular brewpubs

I went to Little Apple this weekend after the K-State/A&M game. They have really spruced the place up. New paint, cleaner, and even that rundown plaza is getting completely renovated. This has seemed to spread to their beer quality. After Parkville and now this visit I have not had a single beer of theirs that had diacetyl or any other brewing flaws. If you haven’t visited, its seems like a good time to try their beer.

Also, a 23rd St. update. If you haven’t tried the Nelson Sauvin IPA, I highly recommend it. Also they have a few cool beers coming out soon

Be on the look out for the Pumpkin Ale, Winter Warmer, Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout, Barrel Aged Meuse Belgian, and a special encore of the 2010 Russian Imperial Stout !

Good news on Little Apple - I saw a beer of theirs on draft in Leawood last week, good to hear its cleaned up.
