Fruity, light body some acidity -Moulin a Vent is tart and robust. It has a deep burgundy color and is refreshing and terrific with a stew I made from leftover turkey, mushrooms and gravy. I put lots of dried parsley in this and it goes really well with the freshness of the mushrooms and spinach. Serves slightly chilled just a couple of hours.
Really though we need to find a good a beer to go with roasted turkey.
