This will be interesting. What will be the name of brewery and will the names change or be consolidated on RateBeer?

Hmmm...had never heard of Perrin but had a collaboration beer between OB and them a couple weeks back at Collab Fest in Denver. a corn lager. It was terrible.

OBs brewmaster and his family were staying with us this weekend when this dropped.

They liked the facility. They liked a couple of the owners. They liked the head brewer. Majority owner wanted out... The rest as they say is history.

Acquisitions as we present them depend largely on two factors: 1) The continued presence of some independent brewing facility, and 2) the continued marketing of the pre-sale brands by the same names.

We always aim to provide the consumer with the most accurate information as to who’s producing the beer and who owns the brewery.

I’m guessing this is a Perrin Brewing (Oskar Blues) situation.

This was the beer:

Another article in the Denver weekly rag:

Does sound like it will owned by OB with the brand and brewery intact at least for Michigan.
