Were that me, I would likely have saved the bottle but slid into and toppled the wine rack.

That is a mighty shakey cctv camera. This stinks of set up.

Most likely, this is during an earthquake.

After watching it a few times, it reminds me of the technology Logitech Webcams had a few years ago where it tracks your face. This is likely a CCTV system with a very wide 108 degree or more field of view but it zooms in on motion. The reason the quality is blurred is because these cameras don’t have optical zoom. They have no zoom and the software is blowing up an existing image to focus on a single person. good in concept but it just leads to a b blurry photo with lots of motion while the camera tracks motion.

That was the only likely reason I could think of. But how did the earthquake make the camera zoom in at the end?

The bottle hit the ground, however the receiver maintained control throughout the entire process, therefore it is a catch.

Upon further review, the receiver failed to get both feet down with possession and control of the bottle.
Challenge failed and timeout lost.

Seems less like a zoom and more of just panning.
