82 This was the first craft beer venue I found in Brisbane and I love this place. I’ve celebrated two birthdays here and been to many beer tastings. The food works well with the beers and the duck pancakes are excellent. |
66 Nice place with frendly staff and owners. We’ve done a few pub crawls that started here for (beers &) breakfast - so they are pretty tolerant as well. Tap lineup changes regularly, sometimes its really good - check facebook. There’s even a handpump. I’d be a regular if it was close to where I live or work. |
80 Nice place. A little bit posh at the facade, but a nice atmosphere inside. The tabled service is nice if you’re eating, but I prefer the bar, as always. The craft beer selection is pretty bloody good for Brisbane, definitely among the best, and the service no matter where you are in the place is excellent, very informative wait and bar staff, willing to go the extra mile to find things out if they don’t know themselves. A great place to eat and drink! |
54 You can find the pub tucked away in the posh riverside suburb of New Farm. On my visit there were numerous ’summer’ ales, lager and cider on tap. More on the safer side by way of beers but I guess that suits the clientele around these parts. Some more exciting options on the bottle list although it didn’t appear beers were all in stock. Again, I felt like I could of been sitting in any pub in Brisbane - the city of clones. Not my kinda place to be honest. |
