Bronckhorster Brewing Company

Visited during a Beer Geeks meeting in september 2020. Large outdoor seating in a rural area. Nice range of their own beers available. Friendly staff. Prices are ok. Not easy to reach by public transport, luckily there was a taxi service from the ferry at Dieren that day. Worth a visit to taste some nice Bronckhorster beers.

Only open during summer apparently (week 31-38 or something), so they were closed when we arrived. Brewer was giving a small tour though and they were happy to show us around a bit and serve a beer. Very friendly owners, passionate about their beers. Quite a lot of their beers for sale as well, including a special or two. Absolutely recommended.

Finally, took several times trying finding the place closed, visited. Small beer festival going on. Sampled a few more of their beers, which I find are great. This is a brewery, so ambiance is top, and get some explanation by brewer himself. Nice.

Visited on a Saturday morning. Despite having emailed the brewery about their opening hours, they were closed. The brewer however was friendly enough to let me buy some beers, and offered to let me sample some tap beers, even showed me his new pride, a few whiskey barrels. When around, make sure they’re open, but do visit. Friendly people, nice beers, beautiful surroundings.

Visited a couple of years ago, guess there have been some chamges over the years. Nonetheless, wjen I visited I was very satisfied. Warm welcome, short tour, lots of time to check out the beers. When around, be sure to visit, it’s worth it.

Beautiful surroundings. Quite, peacefull, clean and in the middle of nowhere. Charming. Beautiful brew installation! Steve is a very friendly and talented brewer! Very nice place to have a beer outside, specially with good weather and just enjoy the silence and rest. You won’t find it close to a highway, the small farm roads bring you to Rha, in the middle of nowhere. Soke taps, loads of beers frok the bottle. Can’t recommend this enough! Top beers from a top brewer in a top location!

Short visit to get some beers. Brewer Steve Gammage was very friendly, took his time, allowed me to taste some beers and happily sold me his beers. Spartan but nice tasting barn and a good looking brewing kit. Beautiful surroundings. Will visit more often. Check with the brewery for opening hours in advance.
