Brews Brothers, Galveston

In some point listed as a brewpub but it is not although had some tanks lying on the floor. Very good selection of TX crafts on tap. Friendly serivce. Daytime sleepy ambiance. Must to visit if you are in Galveston.

best burger on the island. great selection of local and imports. rotating beers. i’d bring my cat here if i could, i’ve seen it before. awesome stop

Nice bar in downtown Galveston, frequented by all sorts of people while I was there (6pm). Nice selction of beers on taps, some non-US bottles, but that is not what I go for. OK

Must stop for craftbeer while on the Strand in downtown Galveston (along with Galveston Island Brewing on the outskirts). Very colorful...and a great vibe. Brews Brothers is clearly the best place to party in town if you want to include craftbeer. I found most other places in town are big on macros and weak on craftbeer. The selections are very good and the staff accommodating...if maybe a bit slow at times. Great music...live or just over the speakers.

A nice find on a quick trip to Galveston. Seemed much nicer than when we actually sat down for awhile. Big space. Solid selection with some local casks. Service a little spotty and food took forever.

Nice dark and cozy -what a bar should be. Nice selection of beer and the guy behind the counter seemed very knowledgable and very willing to talk beer. A goods choice for a craft beer when in Gaveston.

Place is super solid. Laid-back atmosphere, plenty of seating but still cozy, brick, patio, cigar room.. beer selection is always pure class, constantly rotating, wide variety.. staff is cool & knowledgeable. Can bring in your own liquor if you’re into that sort of thing.

Pride of Galveston. Relaxed atmosphere, helpful/knowledgeable staff. Quiet cigar room in the back with N64. Great, ever-changing selection. Just a beauty. They’re adding food soon. Also looking to brew their own stuff.

G-Town needed a place for craft beer people, and it is a gem!! ... The owners are quite knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. The tap selection is awesome, all rotate expect for the house beer, Jacobins Rouge, which i think is spectacular and a hell of a house beer. The feel of the place is very calm and chill, like drinking at my house with friends. They even have a separate cigar room with comfy couches and a big tv . I would be very happy if this was my neighborhood bar, a real gem, especially for being in Galveston, that adds like 10% to the score!!
