After noticing some good reviews online, I decided to visit this place on a Friday evening/night. The place isn’t hard to find; right off of the always busy State Rd 50/Colonial Dr. Inside is fairly spacious with number of tables and booths spread out, with even an area to play pool. There’s not much separating the billiards area with some people eating their meals, though. The lighting throughout is dim but not too dark. The bar has adequate seating, and where a friend and I ended up, but it’s not really a great place to sit for anything. The stools are not that comfortable, depending on where you are sitting the TV viewing can be awkward, and the way the bar is setup it’s not ideal for eating a meal. The service was probably just okay. One bartender did a great job, while another was next to impossible to flag down. I’m not sure flinging my glass at his head would have gotten his attention. When we first arrived around 5:30 it wasn’t busy at all in there but by 8:00 or so it started to fill up. The food is your mostly typical pub food; I had the Jerk Chicken sandwich, which was decent. But the fact that they have food at all is a big plus in my book and the main reason I don’t necessarily think they are directly competing with Redlight down the road. I’m pretty far into this review without mentioning the beer; a crime. The beer is tremendous! Honestly, everything about this place; the vibe, location, service, food, screams mediocre, but it’s the beer selection/quality where this place really shines. They had a ton of stuff on tap I either hadn’t seen in FL before or really wanted to try. They offer half draft pours for half the price, which is very nice. The bottle list was impressive as well. Despite the half pour option, I left without getting to try so many good beers I wanted to, which makes a trip back at some point very likely.

good brews and decent food. hostesses are good to look at regular type of young girls and friendly. the place is abandoned diner redone nicely in skeletons with pool table. is that Glenn Danzig near the entrance? Wife loved the burger.

Great place too. Familiar but with a touch of US movies about bars. NICe selection, friendly staff and decent prices.

You walk in and it is an updated theme on a punk and biker bar. Lots of red and black on the walls with a notable wall painting of a pseudo-ghost rider, a dining area with about 30 tables, a lounge type area with dart boards and a pool table, and the bar on the center right in front of the kitchen. Service was solid; the bar was full so we sat at a table and were promptly served. Although she wasn’t the most knowledgeable, the menu told you most of what you needed to know, and she did tell what was replaced with what on the tap list. Solid selection of varied styles and even some beer that I haven’t seen at other places. The food was typical bar food with an updated American feel, well done but nothing mind blowing. Average beer prices for the area and what I expected to pay for what I purchased; they also do 5oz mini pours for half the listed price, good if you want to try a lot of things on tap. Overall, a solid new place for beer lovers in Orlando. Not sure how long it will last though with Redlight right around the corner and multiple World of Beers in the town; we were there on a Friday at midnight, and except for the bar, the place was pretty dead.

Was really impressed with this place, especially after visiting redlight redlight immediately after. Tap list was great, had a Sublimely for 5 bucks, and the prices ranged from average to below average. As stated here, the food was nothing short of fantastic. Had the smoked wings and cajun seasoned tater tots, and was thoroughly impressed with it all, including the in house made condiments. The vibe was relaxed, wasn’t too loud and got a seat that faced the t.v. above the bar. The waitress was helpful and honest about her likes/dislikes, and was decently knowledgeable about what she was serving. I’d go here weekly if I lived in Orlando, my favorite place i’ve been to yet overall.

Best bar in Orlando blowing the overrated and hipster infused redlight redlight. Excellent food, great rotating tap list which never gets stale, and always have good tunes playing. I’d live there if I could.

Stopped by on my recent trip to Orlando. Cross between a dive bar and a restaurant, but it’s clean and smoke free! Very nice selection of beer, especially Florida draft. Very tasty food as well. Pretty loud on my Friday night visit and waitress was inattentive and weird. Would go back.

Great beer selection with ever changing drafts and great bar food. Staff is knowledgeable. Different atmosphere but I will definitely go back for the draft selection

Has excellent food. Not a place I would frequent much if not for the food.
