The resturant is located in the same building as the post museum in old Town. They have a fine lunch with just a few dishes but every thing made fresh. Three beers on tap but 80 to 100 very well selected beers on bottle. The personal is always helpfull and keen to discuss the beers and are interested in your opinion.

Nice place in Gamla Stan, located on the second floor at Postmuseum. 3 taps and a very interesting bottle selection with belgian focus. Worth a visit if you like belgian beers. Rather slow on a Sunday afternoon.

Nice environment with a decent selection, especially on Belgian beer.

The restaurant is placed not inside the postal museum in the middle of an oasis from the 80s, The high ceiling makes the room small but roomy. Slightly odd place to find, but is worth visiting because of the beer. The staff is knowledgeable and has a great interest in Belgian beers. There are: Trappist, Noël & Winter Ale, Champagne Ale, Spontaneous yeast beer, the restaurant also has a small selection of Swedish beer as Nils Oscar. Encourages rather warm for those who are interested in Belgian beer. A minus get the restaurant because of the classic bar counter that does not exist at all, it means that you have to sit at a single table that does not make contact with those who work in an easier way.

On the first floor of the postal museum, Treskillingen occupies a covered courtyard and is light and airy but also somehow homely. To me it felt very Scandinavian, with light ochre walls, blonde wood tables, a sprinkling of indoor trees and piles of blue and yellow plates (the bright and cheery colours of the Swedish flag). The beer list, by contrast, is predominantly Belgian with around 80 bottles and three taps. I chose the only Swedish draught beer - Nils Oscar Hop Yard IPA, which came with a little glass of nibbles. The other two on offer were Chimay Red and Dupont Monks Stout. The service was friendly and the food looked very nice, although I didn’t eat. There’s an open buffet with salads, bread, stuffed vine leaves and the like, a few hot dishes under tin foil, coffee and cakes. (Visited 2 March 2013).

Located inside the postal museum. Owner is very interested in Belgian beer, which shows in the range. Has some rather uncommon Belgian beers as well as a good range from Dupont and De Dolle. Not the best for the ambiance, but good price, good service form the owner and good beer. Well worth a visit even though it doesn’t feel like a regular beer pub.
