80 Place is hard to find, in an older industrial park with signage or a directory. But once you're inside you could be in jolly old England, with flags and sports regalia all around. Very friendly staff. Have never been to a place with four cask engines. About a dozen of their beers on tap, with cans available for there or to go. Good selection of British pub faire, though a little overpriced. Fortunately I was there on a Thursday where the daily special is a free cask ale with your British pie |
84 Visited here in early October ’16 on a Monday evening while in the area for business. Located in an industrial/warehouse type area, but once inside, nice and warming. Unpretentious decor, big TV for watching football, a few game tables and darts. Blue collar crowd, friendly and talkative, Large selection of their beers - close to 20 from all ranges of styles available in many sizes, the several that I had were top notch, Reasonable prices as well. If in Salem, seek this place out. |
80 Very cool place. Had a lot of their own beer, all were good, some were really good. Inside of a sort of industrial area. Not too fancy but it works. Lots of parking. Had a nice sampler available. Great service. Looks like they are doing well, and the beer is why! Well, it doesn’t hurt that they are super nice. |
86 Been open now only 5 weeks. Thought i would visit the tasting room.
ITs only open to the public on Thurs thru Sat and on limited hours.
The place is in a small industrial park in a quiet area of Salem. But they have set up a comfortable and claean small light wood bar and taps. right next to the brewery..there is no seperation and it is very cool.
10 or so taps..seasonals, they will fill other companies growlers altogether very nice people, very welcoming.
Will be back soon.
Salem people support this worthwhile start up
Was back tonight and it has expanded the tasting facility and has two long sturdy Oregon wood tables in the middle and a bigger bar..also tables around the copious windows.
Lovelly lively ,light drinking place.
Food is from a few food carts that come around and stay for a while.
More cask beers.

90 This is a great new brewery in Salem. About 10 beers on tap, one can also buy growlers & now Santiam Brewing has a beer at Venti’s! Very good |
76 Visited the tasting room at the brewery. Small bar with about 8 seats. Full view of the brewing process which is very cool. 10 taps with a very nice variety and some pretty darn good beer. Very friendly people who love to talk about making beer. Sounds like there may be an expansion towards better seating and food in their future. Enjoyed. |
