Spec’s Liquor - Baytown

Why is this place even in the database? I took the 2-mile detour off I-10 to check out, didn't find anything worth buying. There are NOT 300 bottles here, just BMC and 1 or 2 local craft products, but only in 6-packs. Only a tiny beer section; I've seen better at gas stations.

The major downfall of this store is that it is in a very "blue collar" area outside of Houston. Most people around are your typical BMC drinkers. They have a somewhat decent selection of beer, but nothing worth making a special trip. The staff there doesn’t seem too knowledgeable about the beer, but I kind of expected that walking in the door.
