The Flying Dog Stockholm

Came here on 1.2.2023. Agree with previous reviews the ambiance is not great, a bit worn out. At least they have a few Mikkellers. The Finnish craft beers on tap were not available. Could not figure out how or whether they are related to Flying Dog in Frederick Maryland.

This is still basically the same as AndySnow said 2 years ago. Just ok corner bar/sports bar (there are huge tvs, so you can watch some sports). Found some ticks, but nothing really interesting. Service was ok. Prices on the higher end, but that's the location...

Great bar near the station good selection of Swedish an US craft beers...

Very disappointing return. Have not been here for two years and it seems that the selection has stayed the same and the service gotten worse. It is too bad as the place was well rated before but seems to have fallen into a comfort zone where they know they will get people through the door so why bother to do more.

Too high music in an almost empty place. Staff is not interested, you almost feel you need to excuse yourself when ordering a beer. I feel stressed when I stand there to choose one. I had to use my app to get information about beers on tap with the bartenders eyes on me. Is like they think "Can you make your order now?" The only reason I come back here is the beers. But I would rather buy them in a vending machine if it was possible.

This corner pub is "always open". Thats why we visited twice during our stay in Stockholm. A perfect late night boozer offering American craft beers on tap. Varied rock music: Dio, Green Day, Robbie Williams, Guns & Roses and more. Friendly and service minded barman who proudly talked about his beer selection. (Karl Strauss, Sweet Water, Speakeasy, Lagunitas, New Belgium) Some Swedish craft beers, but more to come! Soon there will be 10 new taps reserved for Swedish craft beers. (Visited September 21st and 22nd 2017 with Bjarte1 and Leif Inge)

Zeer afstandelijk café, uit geleefd interieur met een zeer beperkt aanbod. Kaart is er niet en het aanbod heeft weinig variëteit. Voor de bediening en de prijs zou ik er ook niet heen gaan. Niet mijn tent

A corner pub that doesn’t seem like much from the outside, even though they claim "Craft Beer Revolution" on the window. The selection of beers isn’t bad, but there isn’t anything here that stands out. There are just too many bars in Stockholm with a larger and more interesting selection. Haven’t tried the food, but they claim to be a gastropub so might have to do that some day.

Service is the worst I’ve encountered in Stockholm. Uninterested and unwelcoming staff. Food and beers are OK I guess...
