If you enjoy ale that's been sat in a line for way too long and an embarrassing selection of bottled ale then this disgrace, located just off the M53 near Ellesmere Port, is for you.

Just South of Cheshire Oaks off the main road leading to it from the M53, this is a large building in its own grounds which is a Greene King concern. The grounds are quite extensive, so the parking and outdoor areas are large and this is a very family friendly place. It clearly does well for its proximity to the outlet shops just a couple of minutes drive away. Food is big here, ale not so, but you'll find one or two Greene King beers here... possibly their craft bottle range now. It was just a Greene King IPA on my visit though.

Greene King chain known as Hungry Horse. Went there due to play area for children. The pub was understaffed tables needed cleaning, toilets smell. Very little in choice of cask ale. Just one the Greene KIng owned Morland Old Speckled Hen.
