4 Les Brasseurs Nyon Double India Pale Ale 0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma and taste of apricot, honey, spicy hops, orange zest, tangerine and some grapefruit. It also has some pepper notes that makes it a tiny bit similar to belgian tripels. Sweet upfront but finishes quite bitter for a NEIPA. I like it, nice one. Saturday, December 30, 2023 | |

3.5 Les Brasseurs Nyon la Bière de Noël From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty and roasted malt. Quite like the Geneva one. Light phenolic and nice yeasty fruity flavoured. Lingering caramelish and roasted malty into a mild phenolic and spiced finish. No to vague annis seed in this one.
