3.5 Pivovarský Klub Florenc 14:14 (6/29/08) Bottle sample at RBESG08 grand tasting in Plzen. Hazy amber. Aroma of brett, some funk, some malt and fruits. Sourish flavor with wood, berries and some light malt and caramel notes. Medium-bodied. I would never have guessed this was supposed to be a Vienna, to me it tasted like a nice Sour Ale. 2.4 Pivovarský Klub Florenc 14:14 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Spiced and light acidic aroma. Flavour is orange fruity and acidic has a nice initial aroma and flavour but reveals a distinct mouldy/woody infection. Sad, I assume this could have been great. Would be nice to try again.
